All with the same innovative tracking system and analytics. Duplicate exercises and log their location for accurate tracking of different equipment across different brand and gyms

TRAIN: Workout App features a full interval training system for custom circuit & HIIT training sessions. As well as a stopwatch with lap saving functionality to record your best timed records

Our UI has been designed to be clean, simple and uncluttered. Whilst still providing you with advanced functionality, allowing you to remain focused on what's important

TRAIN: Workout App logs every single piece of information, providing you with a detailed overview and insights into your performance. Our progressive overload tracking and personal best logging features allow you to easily see if you are actually progressing, allowing you to make adjustments that will actually work

Our unique Total Volume Potential calculations allow you to clearly see a splits focal points and facilitates easy comparison between splits, helping you to choose or construct the most effective split depending on your needs

Unfortunately workouts don't always go to plan. That's why TRAIN: Workout App gives you the flexibility to swap out exercises and add/ remove different workout days mid split. You can also adjust the numbers of sets during your workout

Our extensive data logging means post workout you are provided with a complete overview of the session, highlighting any achievements to help keep you motivated even through the most difficult of workouts. A workout split overview allows you to keep track of your progress throughout your current split

Log your bodyweight and individual body part measurements to achieve the physique of your dreams and easily visualise your progress. Photo logging allows you to easily compare before and afters

TRAIN: Workout App supports HIIT exercises by default, facilitating hybrid training. All HIIT metrics are tracked and logged meaning you can continue to improve your endurance

TRAIN: Workout App supports cardio exercises by default, allowing you to integrate them into your weekly split & train your cardiovascular system for fitness and overall health

All exercises contain a detailed overview of how to perform the exercise including exercise tempo so you can squeeze every last drop out of your reps. A note taking system allows you to keep track of useful information
